The 5th World Water Forum concluded deliberations in Istanbul on March 22, 2009. Ministers met at a closing session in the morning, during which they presented summaries on eight roundtable sessions conducted on Saturday and adopted their Ministerial Declaration. Future wars will be fought over water. In Puerto Rico, it won’t be long to start feeling the crunch again.
