Architecture in Puerto Rico is fragile, almost non-existent.  Lack of purpose, driven by self-appointed prima donnas will lead this profession directly to the gutter.  Only by adressing the current state of events that transform our daily lives and nurture dreams, will we be able to contribute to our community and our clients’ needs and goals. Creativity is a commodity too valuable to waste.  Architecture has become complacent, catering to the pressures of building technology, when the equation should promote just the opposite.  Our inventiveness should drive the development of new technology to new heights as it occurs in other countries.
